Hi Angus. Your site looks just fine to me. Additionally, you've wisely allowed the user (especially IE users) the ability to change their font size. Using a pixel based setup would have locked some IE users out of their browser widget functionality. I use a similar system on TheHolierGrail.com with a site-based text re-sizer which you're welcome to use if you like. Might help calm the rowdy masses.
