That's what happens automatically, unless you do something to prevent 
it, provided that the text contains spaces (or other characters that 
allow a line break to be generated by a browser). So what is the 
problem, in practical terms? URL? If it's long words, then there's 
really nothin in CSS that helps, but inserting soft hyphens usually 
helps.

I cannot see what you mean. You don't need to identify anything to make 
text wrap. In a narrow window, images, tables, and long words will be 
problems, but they each need different treatment.
