Did not look at page in IE. I regret to add to your difficulty (without a fix): In Mac OS X 10.4.11 Opera/9.27 and Safari/3.1.1 the page is experiencing /right column/ float drop. No issue in Camino/1.5.5 or Mac FF/2.0.0.14 (assuming the horizontal scroll bar is intentional).
