i have a table that IE6 wants to render with significantly more vertical
height than the contents require. in FF it looks fine, of course.

page is here:

css:
http://tinyurl.com/64yfjb

the middle and right columns will vary in length, so i can't set their
height directly. i have, however, tried all sorts of stuff on the left
column, and particularly the red "artist name" box -- which is what
really looks bad -- but all to no avail.

but it's got to be something simple... fresh eyes?

thanks,
josh

ps - Gunlaug, i played with making my tables all-css, and i totally
agree with you now. tables are much cleaner and more legible in all
respects. thx for the advice.
