Well, eliminating the 12px tall border-top on #topper will obviously
eliminate the space that border took up between top of #wrap and top of
#topper.

If you want to eliminate more gaps, you can add...

#topper img {display: block;}

...and get rid of the visual gap between #topper and #contentwrap too,
as that image is 'inline' by default, and therefore creates space for
text-descenders by default.
