It is a bogus value for the 'rel' attribute as related to stylesheets,  
and should be ignored by a conformant UA. That is, it should have no  
effect on whether the linked styleheet is applied or not.
It is used in the Acid2 test as a test (doh !), to check if the <link>  
syntax is correctly parsed.
