It's very interesting, isn't it? It's not the behavior I'd expect. My
thinking is the same for your other post: I would expect the margins
above /and/ below to prop, rather than collapse, or at least for both to
do the same.

I'd interpret it to be inconsistent with the specs. I trimmed out your
demo and messed with it six ways to Sunday and couldn't get it to prop.

Very weird.
Bugs perhaps?
