I am in the process of converting http://kuno.sherohman.org/~esper/nomadnetinc.com/ from its original nested-table-hell formatting so something css-based and a bit cleaner.
The navigation menu is, however, proving problematic. I have successfully managed to get the background to highlight with an image on hover and to get that image to properly align vertically on Firefox 3/Windows, but it appears slightly too high in Firefox 1/OSX, slightly too high in Safari 3/OSX, and slightly too low in IE6/Windows. Is it possible to get that to line up properly in all major browsers/ versions/operating systems and, if so, how? Also, side question... Where can I find a good explanation of doing 'clipped' corners (as on the right sidebar) in css? -- News aggregation meets world domination.
