My application works predictably and looks consistent on every browser except IE7. (Firefox 2/3, Safari, Chrome, Opera) Under IE, the borders around the main section and nav tabs on the left simply disappear, making the site much less clear. IE also ignores many of my fades, and the field layout is wonky, but the borders are my number one priority.
I'm sorry that you can only see the site underneath the modal box, but it's a live application for a limited number of users. You should still be able to get to the CSS and everything you need.
