Features which will definitely help in your case are the fact that it allows search/replace over multiple documents, and uses regex (if selected) for search / replace runs.
While a great php editor, phpedit also does really nice code highlighting for html, xhtml and css. (and no, I don't work for nor am I affiliated with the company).
