Thanks for everyone's comments. I am a lot closer now. When everything is in the proper location, then I will remove the borders and hopefully the horizontal scroll bar will no longer be a problem. The header image is 800 X 210, so I may need to trim a few pixels from the right end. Is there some problem with the header image being in the background rather than the foreground. I just seemed easyer to place <divs> over the image if it was in the background. Is my reasoning flawed?
