I have a feeling that I am about the 10,000th person to have raised this issue
and that it must have been answered somewhere before. I notice that if I
position text on a webpage using absolute positioning, the text rises up the
page or falls down the page depending on the browser I use. How can I "pin"
text to a particular spot on a web page and have it remain in that spot from
one browser to the next?
