I've seen stylesheets that attempt to force page breaks. I don't think 
it works reliably. Closest I've seen is buried in the hideous HTML 
output that used to come from MS Publisher. It put the "page" worth of 
content inside a div (sized in inches) and positioned to fit on whatever 
the stylesheet's target "paper" size was.

You can use inches in stylesheets - they make perfect sense only for 
print stylesheets ... ;-)
