Nothing to do with CSS. I may be a little out of whack. My machine is fine.

I am referring to the visual. If having the yellow-like block and the 
footer touch the background color one side and not the other and a 
border on one but not the other does not look peculiar to you or your 
client forget what I wrote. To me it looks like someone made some 
mistakes (or forgot to sign up for Design 1 at their local Community 
College ;-) ).

Your page is broken in Mac 10.4.11 Safari/3.2.1. The product image and 
both blue blocks break right.

BTW, what's with all the span class tags, &nbsp; and having what I 
assume is the h1/page title "Electrochemical Devices, Inc." only set as 
text in the copyright which is last line of the footer?
