I'm not sure (other than removing it, what you should do about the bit of code 
that's above your HTML. I'm thinking it's being put in by your editor, and you 
need to change the preferences in your editor.

Based on your question, I expected to see that sidebar2 text in a div, but it 
is not, it's just raw text inside an "editable" comment area. 

Created the div surrounding sidebar2, float the div right, then clear the 
footer, and the element should at least be close to where you want it. Add 
other styles as needed.
