Couple of html errors and 6 css errors (http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator?profile=css21&warning=0&uri=ht tp%3A%2F%2F138.26.120.126%2Findex.html). Might be of value to sort these first as they may have some bearing on whatever the issue is.
