Screen resolution is more reliably obtainable than browser window size, I understand. Also, don't trust Google Analytics as representative. A large number of Firefox users use the NoScript plugin, which disables Javascript unless you specifically enable it for the site that the Javascript comes from. By default, the Google Analytics script is blocked. Also, if a site can't handle functioning in a window smaller than its designer's conception, how will it function in a full-sized window when a visitor uses page- or text-zoom to make it readable? FWIW, My browser window is sized at about 800-900 wide, 800 tall, on my 1280x800 laptop display. -- David [email protected] authenticity, honesty, community ______________________________________________________________________ css-discuss [[email protected]] http://www.css-discuss.org/mailman/listinfo/css-d List wiki/FAQ -- http://css-discuss.incutio.com/ List policies -- http://css-discuss.org/policies.html Supported by evolt.org -- http://www.evolt.org/help_support_evolt/
