Validation issues aside, probably not.  Firefox's CSS support is MUCH better 
than IE7's support.  It's far more likely that you've written your page to 
make use of IE7's bugs than it is that you've some how stumbled upon a bug in 
Firefox.

This is why almost everyone on the list advises to code to Firefox, Safari, 
Chrome, Opera, and IE8 (otherwise known as the "compliant" browsers) before 
tackling IE 6 and 7 (which are a mess as far as standards support is 
concerned).
