[css-d] Missing Code

This is probably really simple but I have checked my settings and I do not
see what is happening. It began yesterday afternoon and I thought it would
be fixed if I gave it a night to brew. But the problem still exists. At
least on my end.

Code that I update locally is not showing up in the source on the remote
site. But if I make a different change that update shows up. The line the
I am adding is:
