Yep, works very well. There's a set of free VPC images from Microsoft that theoretically could be converted to VMware images too [1]: <http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=21EABB90-958F-4B64-B5F1-73D0A413C8EF&displaylang=en> that would cover all the flavors if IE.
