Opera, Firefox, SeaMonkey, Camino, IE/8, IE/7, and IE/6 appear to render 
as you intend.

Chrome/2.0.172.43, Chrome/3.0.195.0, WebKit, and Safari appear to get it 
wrong?  If there is a known work-around for this, I regret I do not know 
what it is. Perhaps someone else can help.
