I personally go by the default 62.5% that is inherited throughout the
document by declaring it in the body {} and then declare my font size by em.
This makes it easy to calculate the em size compared to relative px size. ie
12px is 1.2em. See? divide the px size by 10 to set your em size. This kind
of solution also helps make sure that your fonts will look the same size
across the major browsers. This also allows user zoom.
