No, it was not letter-spacing that was causing the right column float to 
drop in IE/6. Except at text-size "largest." And there is nothing 
"nifty" about letter-spacing.  Typography is about making content 
readable. In print. Or on a screen. Typography is a simple minor-art. 
Nothing more. Nothing less. The less you "tease" it, the better it gets....
