Regarding the conditional comments, I thought that this issue had been fixed? There was a discussion about this on PositionIsEverthing[1] some years ago, which led to Tredosoft issuing these standalones along with automatic changes to the registry[2]. Not being sure what your setup is, I don't know if this is relevant - However, according to the Tredosoft site, Multiple IE does not work on Vista.
