CSS-d, Following some advice on this list, I was able to remove the default dashed border that surrounds form fields when they get focus (testing with FireFox 3.6).
Yes, I understand accessibility issues, but I intend to do my own focus effects, so first I want to clean out any defaults and get control. Right now, when a button (for example) on my web page gets focus, it shifts downward by one pixel, and I don't know why. I set up this simplified example page: http://autotelic.com/example/buttontest.html Click either button, and you'll see the shifting effect (on FireFox 3.6, not sure about other browsers). Can anyone explain why this shifting effect is happening and how I can get the buttons to sit still? Any advice would be much appreciated. -- Dave M G ______________________________________________________________________ css-discuss [[email protected]] http://www.css-discuss.org/mailman/listinfo/css-d List wiki/FAQ -- http://css-discuss.incutio.com/ List policies -- http://css-discuss.org/policies.html Supported by evolt.org -- http://www.evolt.org/help_support_evolt/
