Bill - thanks for your reply.  The problem with any solution I can see
with any solution is that the Browser engine decides the positioning of
the bookmark and will always seek to place it at the top of the page
rather than a certain number of pixels down.  Its easy enough to get a
page to start a certain number of pixels down, as the top of the page
can be set.  Therefore, I am not sure that there is a way to get around
this other than by a method built into all browsers - I would like to be
proved wrong.
