I'm trying to start with baby steps. There has got to be a way to simply toggle the resizing on an Android device. I tried the more correct syntax on the meta tag: <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width; initial-scale=1.0; maximum-scale=1.0; target-densitydpi=device-dpi " /> ... unfortunately, no joy. I'm wondering if maybe I have some kind of conflict.
