I'm customizing free template and trying to make fast navigation top of
the information page, like FAQ - questions that are a links first, then
in-page links to answer below. 

With the only difference: this is "jump to" navigation that consist from
"If (condition): then (link to a different place)".

The line may be a long sentence, and I would like to make only a few
words from it as a link, bold and red, for example. All other words in
sentence should be a common paragraph text.

How could I achieve that?
Template contains other menus on this page and a (link) styling in css,
different in style from I plan to do.

P.S. When you answer, please post example lines for css and html: I'm
not so strong in css/html to operate general concepts like make a class
or ID. I can make uncomplicated class and ID and apply them to html, but
not when multiple classes or combinations are involved. I'm only
occasional css user when I'm making personal interests websites for
myself or a family using free css templates.
