Hello,

I've always used body {font-size: .625em;} as a way to manage more easily the
font-size and I was wondering if using:

html    {
font-size: .625em;
}

body    {
font-size: 1.4em;
}

will be a better solution, are there any known quirks for defining font-size on
the html element?
