Obviously, I have never created a form purely out of CSS, but thanks for the
invite back which I will take advantage of now even having failed in my
assignment!  I only commented because the question was about whether to use
a DIV or a DL which has nothing whatever to do with CSS.  Per the list
policies found at http://css-discuss.incutio.com/wiki/Off_Topic :

A question on how best to style a DL for use in a form would certainly be
on-topic.  My apologies if I misunderstood.
