The suggestions that I gave earlier unfortunately work only when
applied using the IE Developer Toolbar!
The correct solution is this:

#main {margin-top:160px;}
<![endif]-->
Also, it is a better to load the html5.js file before loading the css
files (by putting it earlier in the source).
