That might explain why I never saw @font-face working on an Android device (the few ones I had the opportunity to play with) – all those devices shipped in 2010. Hence my belief that the default Android browser(s) behaved like (older) MobileSafari - only support @font-face with svg fonts. And yeah, OperaMobile 11 and Mozilla's Fennec do support @font-face.
