Do you have a url to the page in question.
I wouldnt think it would matter, but maybe there needs to be a space
between #dfdbdb and !important
table.PolicyHistory th {
background-color : #dfdbdb !important ;
}
Also a stab in the dark--css is case sensitive, is PolicyHistory
possibly Policyhistory
