Needs structure. Divide the content block roughly in half. Put the text
in the [float] right half and the large image in the [float] left half.
The bank of 5 images is like a footer-- set its width to the same as the
content box -- and clear both floats.
The horizontal rule is the border top [#222] of the 5 image block. If
you prefer change it to the border bottom of the right-hand text block.
All ab0ve requires a change in the markup and in the css file.
