Well then, Diff tool seems to be your best option right now. Do you use any Commander? Norton :D, Total, Free, etc.? Any of them actually have tools for file comparing, featuring GUI, side by side comparison, change by change navigation and even copying parts of files from left to right or vice versa.
For future cases (errare humanum est) I recommmend you to use VCS like Subversion or Git. They're rather easy and make such situations much easier to deal with. I don't know Text Wrangler, but it should have that too.
