I agree that it would make more sense to set up these fonts as the same font-family (note that the rules you quoted are using different font families) and as appropriate font-weights and font-styles. It should work in Gecko, but I'm not sure whether that will work across all other browsers, so it's possible that the cross-browser compatibility isn't there yet for doing it that way (which might be a reason they're doing it the way they are, though I certainly don't know for sure). -David -- 𝄞 L.
