Opera Mobile nor OperaMini do not exhibit this problem when viewed on
an Android/2.3.6 mobile-device.

I see the effect in Epiphany-2.30.6 powered by WebKit on Gentoo
Linux-x86_64. It happens only when I first open a link, on subsequent
links the problem disappears which doesn't make sense as the files
should be cached when the page is first loaded. Possible caching bug in
these browsers???
Also checked in SeaMonkey-2.14 and Firefox-10.0.11 and the problem isn't
present.
