None of my tests for this have succeeded. We have a Flash-only online 
publication. Certain areas can be designated as plain hyperlinks. Plain 
meaning I can only assign a URL, not add a variables. I want one of these 
URLs to go to a small HTML/CSS file that will display as a popup window on 
top of -- and in the center of -- the original publication. This popup is 
for people who want more info about a particular topic in the article in 
the publication. I've found solutions using JavaScript, but prefer CSS
