Yes, but what I was referring to (using <table> in this context) won't
produce an error.  If this were a valid use of <table> there would still be
an issue of it breaking out of it's container.  The article I referenced is
old and I can't find any browser adoption stats for "table-layout:fixed"
but that seems to be the best place to start.
