I could swear that I adequately differentiated my header nav from my
footer nav, but the browsers are telling me differntly..

The issue is the links at the bottom, which appear to be spilling out of
the red area, have the same color, background-color, etc as the nav menu
links..I'm just not seeing why..maybe need to step away for a bit..
