If I click the green button it unfolds. If I click it again or click elsewhere on the 'page'. Nothing happens. Same for the OPs page he put this on (as opposed to the fiddle). No sense making a user hunt for something that will take focus off this menu. It should collapse if clicked again or any other area of the page.
