What part of the header is missing? Hamburger menu could use some bottom padding to get it off the line.

This wouldn't be an issue, but the mobile version was triggered on my client's phone one time and now I'm curious what is the difference? Why would it trigger? How do I get the header to show at all times? My client is past it, but it's still bugging me and I'd like to know what's going on. Any insight would be grand.
