I'm not sure if that can be tracked. Unless you make some assumptions based
on users accessing a non-responsive site and check that against drop-off
rates - as in 'the user hit the site and then left it in 1 minutes' etc.

In general, I would think that pan-and-zoom isn't a desirable thing, but
you should not disable zoom, even on a responsive site.

Also, you should direct this to another list as it isn't css related.
