I don't believe this is a css related issue. Try opening FireFox and hitting CTRL + 0. I could be completely off, but perhaps you've got the text zoomed in firefox. If I am not mistaking, firefox would see localhost and yoursite.com as two different entities and would likely store the zoom settings seperately for both entities. While FireFox remembered the zoom for yoursite.com, localhost zoom settings are normal.
Hope this is all it is. :) On Dec 4, 7:03 am, "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > I am experiencing something very strange... and I can't figure out why > it happens > I have a website which looks different depending on from where I open > it, > If i call it from localhost, It looks like it should be > if I call it from the server, everything looks much bigger, like it is > zoomed in > > this happens only in Firefox.... > > IT IS NOT a caching problem, because I emptied all the cache in > firefox many times > and I am sure I have identical copies on the server and localhost > > any idea how can I solve this? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ -- You received this because you are subscribed to the "Design the Web with CSS" at Google groups.
