Make the change below:
#navigation {
float:left;
margin-left:15px;
margin-top:10px;
* width:185px;*
}
The problem was that the width of #navigation plus #content exceeded the
maximum amount of space inside of #wrapper. Firefox was letting this slide
while IE was breaking.
Let me know if that works.
