I'm having a similar problem with IE right now, but I do know from checking out your code quickly that IE doesn't recognize pseudo classes like :hover.
I've been checking out this javascript: http://www.xs4all.nl/~peterned/csshover.html Anyone have experience utilizing this for IE? It appears to be a simple copy and paste from the code given, but Im still getting guillotined on my rollover menus.
