You at least don't have to use something what often is called "ie png
fix" or something like that (transparent images). And you don't need
to listen to something that nobody can understand, and you don't need
to listen to someone you have to take contact with personally. If you
do, remeber that you allway can tell the police. The police is not
always interested in what you have done wrong.
