Well, I bottom section, Add Author, set up fairly well.
http://books.julseth.net/Books.php. What I want to do is align the
labels centered over input text field.
My chief problem is that the css looks "Hokey" to me.
Here is a snippet..

.first, .middle, .last {
text-align: center;
padding: 3px 20px;
}
.first {
margin-right: 60px;
}
.middle {
margin-left: 5px;
margin-right: 50px;
}
