I was helping a friend debug some CSS today and I'm totally confused
as to why something was happening the way it was. Basically his
bulleted lists were not displaying their bullets. I noticed that he
had "display: block" explicitly set on the LI's. No I know (or at
least I though I knew) that LI's are block level elements by default.
But when I had him remove the display: block declaration, the bullets
showed up. Can anyone tell me why this was happening? Its driving me
crazy!

Thanks,
John
