yeah, it should work if you make your menu container z-index to let's
say 9999 and the flash container to 0. if it doesn't work under
internet explorer just tidy up everything by designing your css
content such as:
#main_container { z-index:0; }
#main_container #menu_div {z-index:9999;}
#main_container #flash_div {z-index:0;}
i read it somewhere and it always works for me
